Louvre Abu Dhabi Knives (Chef's Knife)

The Louvre Abu Dhabi Knives have not been manufactured in collaboration with Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Chef's knife with a 360 layer, 21.5 cm Damascus blade. This knife's handle uses top of the line Makassar ebony as handle material. The ebony used stems from cut-offs of the original material used for the flooring of some of the rooms of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The knives feature solid silver bolsters, which have been etched with an Arabic geometric pattern resembling the pattern used for the iconic roof of the Louvre Abu Dhabi building. 

As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not handled with minimal care.
