Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris and Richard Warner operate the Blenheim Forge in Peckham, London. Each knife they produce goes through various steps requiring a lot of skill to transform billets of steel, bits of copper and logs of locally sourced wood into culinary tool masterpieces made to last a lifetime.
