Jelle Hazenberg is a Dutch bladesmith based close to Lisdoonvarna in Ireland. Each of his knives is carefully hand-crafted in several days of tedious work. Instead of focussing on streamlining his production process, Jelle aims to outdo himself with every single knife he produces. Pursuit of perfection and it shows in each of his pieces.
