Santoku (Classico)

Santoku of the "Classico" line with a hand-forged, mirror finished, 17 cm blade made with RWL34 stainless steel. The handle is made from fragrant Sardinian juniper wood that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins. 

Each of these knives is individually numbered and comes with a fitted wooden sheath (last picture).
