Nino (Urunday)

Small and agile food preparation knife with an 18 cm K720 Bohler high carbon steel blade. The handle is made from Urunday wood that is held in place by stainless steel pins.

The knife comes with its own custom cloth bag (last picture).

Weight: 140 grams

This knife will rust if not dried immediately after use. The blade will develop a unique patina over time.
